    The 10-point charter QualiPv - a commitment to quality

    The association Quali’EnR, owner of the mark itself “appellation Quali’PV” grants the right to use this name to any company that works with the installation of photovoltaic generators which are grid-connected within its scope of business and which meets the criteria set out in the regulations of use of the name attached Quali’PV. An annual fee to use the mark must be previously set by the company with the association Quali’EnR. Among its obligations, the concerned enterprise voluntarily entered the agreement to comply with the principles of
    service quality delivered to the customer of such equipment.

     

    The applicant company must undertake to uphold the ten points of the quality label’s charter.

    • Ensure that the required professional skills are available in-house.
    • Be up to date with its social and fiscal obligations and have the legal guarantees of activities and realised work. Recommend equipment that complies with regulations in force (standards, technical opinions or EC mark) and best meets the customer’s needs.
    • Advise customers and help them choose the solutions that best meet their needs.
    • Following a property survey, provide the customer with a complete, descriptive estimate in writing for the proposed installation.
    • Inform customers regarding administrative requirements, such as submitting notifications prior to the installation or qualifying for available state aid.
    • Complete the installation in compliance with the customer’s order and best practice.
    • Calibrate and start the installed system. Give the customer the technical installation and user’s manuals for the equipment.
    • Give the customer a complete, detailed invoice for the service provided as well as any statement the customer needs to claim applicable aid or tax incentives.
    • In case of incidents involving the operation of the installed equipment, respond rapidly and perform the required verifications and repairs.
    • Facilitate any verification or audit that Qualit’EnR may wish to perform of installed systems.
