Financing without financial contributionFinancial partnersCreaSun offers complete financing of your PV system with three partners :
Complete financingWith those 3 organizations, CreaSun offers financing the entire costs of the installation (material + installation/implementation).
Steps of financingOnce the complete file has been sent to CreaSun, the response time is two to three weeks on average (unless your debt exceeds 30% of your income, organizations can provide a positive response).
You receive the loan offer that you may sign and send to the organization of financing. The release of funds held within an average of 10 days. In parallel CreaSun plans the establishment of your installation.
On average the overall delay between the order of the material and the end of the installation is under 2 weeks (CreaSun is particularly quick, compared with other companies which do not dispose of their own implementation teams – which can lead to delays of several months).
At the end of the implementation you might sign a report of receipt that is transmitted to the financial institution to release the funds with CreaSun who has advanced.
It will approximately take three months to connect the facility to the ERDF network.
One year after the connection of the installation, ERDF will pay your first production (actually, you should allow three weeks more to receive the actual payment).

SubsidiesTo finance a photovoltaic installation you get a tax credit up to € 8000 up for a couple ( € 4000 for a single person) plus € 200 per dependent child (ie those attached to the tax unit), within 50 % of the purchase price, excluding tax of the equipment ( labour is not taken into account).
ExampleYou are married and you install 20m2 on the roof of your house. All equipment is € 15000 excluding tax. You can recover 50% x € 15000 = € 7500
In general, the payment of tax credit occurs between August and September (the case of a tax credit, even if you are not taxable, you can benefit).
Help of the regionThe PACA region provides assistance of € 300 per household for a photovoltaic installation. The aid application is sent directly to the region by CreaSun. This assistance is usually paid within two months, through a region cheque which is transmitted by CreaSun to a Paying Agency (over
If you are not employed, you only need a prove of your income. If both spouses are employed, the records of one person is sufficient.
Beware, the tax credit will be paid three months after your return (late August or early September).
