A 5 step approach
Analysis of your situationDuring a first appointment at your house we analyse the current situation of your heating installation referring to the characteristics of the house (surface, exposure, number of floors, age group of the equipment, quality of the isolation). Detailed estimate of the recommended solutionsAfter the analyse we will propose several solutions, including several types of answers according to your situation, as well as a detailed estimate of the different envisaged solutions. We provide you with that estimate via e-mail or by post. Final selection of the materialOne week later, we will validate the appropriate solution as well as the necessary material with you. We will sign the contract and you may pay a deposit (3 to 5% of the total for the installation, according to its size) and we will launch an order. When you receive the materiel you may contact us and we will start the implementation the following day. Realisation of the installationWe implement with our own teams. We’ve been working with the same people for several seasons, which guarantees an implementation under best possible conditions. In a couple of days the equipment is ready for use and when we leave, everything will be cleaned, so that you hardly notice that we were there. Start - upDuring the last step the working order of the installation will be checked. For the photovoltaic installations the last step depends on EDF: connecting the installation to the electric network. The delay depends on the geographical zone. In the region “Bouches du Rhône”, in the first half-year of 2010 one should expect 3 months on average.
